General Shipping Policy

This part applies to all products offered online that are in-stock.

Canada Post Calculated rates will be calculated at checkout determined by your address.

SINGLES SHIPPING

SINGLES ONLY ORDERS - Uninsured Letter Mail - *Buyer's Risk/Shipping Conditions Apply*

These orders are sent via Regular Letter Mail (bubble mailer) without tracking or insurance. Infinity Cards & Collectibles assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged letter mail shipments as they are uninsured and without tracking to validate or insurance by carriers.

If your order has a hire value of singles, we recommend selecting Expedited Shipping as these shipments include tracking and basic ($100) insurance. 


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and packaging your order. Once completed, we will email you a tracking number if applicable. Please only contact us if it exceeds 5 business days for an update on your order. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

 All orders under normal circumstances are subject to a 1-5 business days handling time before shipment. In holiday peak season orders are subject to 6-10 business days processing. Order may be subject to delays or errors. All delivery times are estimated, they are not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may be subject to but are not limited to pandemic, holidays, high demand, human error, unforeseen circumstances, weather, or network. 

Infinity Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for any manufacturer defects including but not limited to printing errors, factory damage, or missing contents from sealed product. Should you be affected, please contact the publisher or manufacturer’s claims department and they can directly resolve the issue.
